Paula Caplan’s play, “The Test” is based on a former death row inmate who’s death Sentence was commuted. That inmate is now an ordained minister. Professor Miller’s the Innocent Project seeks the exoneration and release from confinement of persons who have been convicted of crimes they did not commit. We will discuss life on death row and why everyone there may not be guilty of a crime.

and is this year’s co-winner of the Tyler Environmental Prize. Dr. Lovejoy was also the first person to use the term biological diversity and in 1980 made the first projection of global extinction rates in the Global 2000 Report. We will mark Earth Day with a discussionabout his prediction
