with us. In the past there was less than one case per 1,000 in the total
population whereas now there are now 5 cases per1, 000. Dr.Torrey will
talk about why he feels that insanity is an unrecognized, modern-day plague.

Religious Freedom is a federal agency advising the Administration and Congress.It
has recently released its third Annual Report. We will discuss the Commissions
findings and recommendations as well as the implementation of the International
Religious Freedom Act.
