a historic competition: Whoever solves any of the seven mathematical problems
will receive $1 million in prize money. We will discuss the seven Millennium
Math Problems and why they have not yet been solved.

Cyprus’ cultural heritage dates
back 10,000 years with influences coming from many ancient civilizations.
For the last 28 years it has been divided between Greek and Turkish Cypriots.Since
February 2002 the leaders of the two parts of the island have been meeting
regularly at the UN. Despite the divide, Cyprus has a record of successful
economic performance and is classified among the high-income countries.
The Ambassador will share her knowledge of her country with us.

the real causes of today’s conflicts.

Prof. Davis is a leading epidemiologist
specializing in environmentally linked illnesses. She will talk about
her research in environmental toxins and how they contribute to a broad
spectrum of human diseases, including breast cancer, cardiovascular disease,
asthma, emphysema and can even alter human reproductive capacity. |
